Youth Scholarship Program At San Francisco Federal Credit Union, we value our youth members. That is why it’s so important for us to sponsor programs and partnerships that support today’s young people, like our Summer Jobs Connect Program and our Student VISA® credit card, which is designed for students with minimal credit and income.
We are especially committed to our Youth Scholarship Program. Since its inception in 2000, the
Credit Union has awarded nearly $175,000 in scholarships. This year, we will again award a $2,500 scholarship to four deserving high school seniors to support them with their higher educational goals. You can view past testimonial videos they’ve submitted on our YouTube channel.
Scholarship applicants must be members of San Francisco Federal Credit Union, a senior in high school, and follow all submission requirements and

We will award scholarships to
two youth members from San Francisco and two from San Mateo County. Applications must be submitted no later than May 27, 2022. Scholarship recipients will be selected based on their four-year high school academic record, participation in school and community activities, demonstrated leadership and two essay questions.
We look forward to reviewing this year’s applications and continuing the tradition of honoring and supporting our youth members.
